Service Charge:

💳 A nominal 4% service charge is applied to each installment, ensuring the seamless execution of our automated payment plan subscription.

Automated Convenience:

🔄 Once you initiate your payment plan, the system takes care of the rest! Your account will be charged one month after the initial payment, and subsequent payments will follow according to the duration you've selected. It's hassle-free, secure, and tailored to your preferences.

Payment Schedule:

Dues are due July 1st for the sorority year.

International Headquarters provides a grace period until September 30th for full payment of all dues.

Our installment payment plan has a separate deadline of September 10th to allow for processing before the International Headquarters’ final deadline.

Installment Payment Plan:

Spread your sorority dues across 2 convenient installments for the upcoming sorority year.

The payment plan must be completed by September 10th to allow our chapter to remit payments on your behalf before the International Headquarters deadline.

Late fees will be applicable for payment plans completed on or after September 11th.

Participants must log in to their SGRho1922.org account and OPT-IN for the chapter to pay their dues on their behalf by the deadline set by International Headquarters. Failure to do so may result in incomplete payments.

Refunds and Cancellations:

No refunds will be issued for any payments made through the installment payment plan.

Subscription cancellations are accepted up to 5 days before the scheduled installment payment.

If the subscription is canceled, the soror must make alternative arrangements to fulfill the remainder of the upcoming sorority dues obligations.

Payment Method Changes:

You can change the payment method on file up to 5 days before the scheduled installment payment.

Requests must be made through the Change Payment Form.

Liability and Responsibilities:

The chapter holds no liability for personal financial difficulties impacting the ability to fulfill the payment plan.

The chapter is not responsible for any financial discrepancies or issues arising from changes in personal financial situations.

It is the soror's responsibility to ensure that her payment plan is completed by the specified deadline to avoid late fees.

Grace Period and Late Fees:

International Headquarters’ final deadline for full payment of all dues is September 30th.

To avoid late fees and ensure timely processing, installment plans must be completed by September 10th so the chapter can remit payments before the International deadline.

Payment plans completed on or after September 11th are subject to applicable late fees.

Communication:

Any changes to the payment schedule, amounts, or terms will be communicated in writing.

Notifications regarding cancellations, late fees, or other relevant information will be sent to the email on file.

Modifications to Terms:

The chapter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the installment payment plan with prior notice to participants.
