2024-2025 Sorority Dues ~Life Member & Cultured Pearl
1. Payment Deadline:
- Dues are due by July 1st for the 2024-2025 sorority year.
2. Grace Period:
- A grace period is provided until September 30th for the full payment of all dues.
3. Refunds and Cancellations:
- No refunds will be issued for any payments made through the one-time payment option.
4. Liability and Responsibilities:
- The chapter holds no liability for personal financial difficulties impacting the ability to fulfill the one-time payment.
- The chapter is not responsible for any financial discrepancies or issues arising from changes in personal financial situations.
- It is the soror's responsibility to ensure that her one-time payment is completed by the specified deadline.
5. Grace Period and Late Fees:
- The International Headquarters offers a grace period for full payment of all dues until September 30th.
- One-time payments must be completed by September 22nd to avoid late fees.
- Payments made on or after September 23rd are subject to applicable late fees.
6. Communication:
- Any changes to the payment schedule, amounts, or terms will be communicated in writing.
- Notifications regarding cancellations, late fees, or other relevant information will be sent to the email on file.
7. Modifications to Terms:
- The chapter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the one-time payment option with prior notice to participants.
